        Summary: MWire Console is a B2B/B2G AI platform. Access is by approval only. You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, or use it for harmful purposes. These terms are governed by Indian law.
      

1. About MWire Console

MWire Console ("the Platform") is an AI-powered language technology platform operated by MWIRE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("MWire Labs", "we", "us"), registered in India, with its principal office at Pohkseh Nongthymmai, Shillong, Meghalaya – 793014.

The Platform provides access to AI tools including conversational AI, machine translation, and document processing for Northeast Indian languages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using MWire Console, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Access and Eligibility

MWire Console is a controlled-access platform intended primarily for business (B2B) and government (B2G) users. Access is subject to approval by MWire Labs.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
Accounts are issued to individuals and may not be shared or transferred
MWire Labs reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion
Free trial credits (50 credits) are provided upon account approval and are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MWire Console only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Platform to generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse the Platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or translation systems
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law or regulations

5. Credits and Usage

The Platform operates on a credit system. Each AI request consumes one credit
Free credits are provided at registration and do not carry monetary value
Additional credits may be provided at MWire Labs' discretion for approved users
Credits do not expire but are tied to your account and cannot be refunded or transferred
When credits are exhausted, access to AI features is suspended until credits are replenished

6. AI Output Disclaimer

MWire Console uses AI translation and language generation technology that is experimental and imperfect, particularly for low-resource Northeast Indian languages. We make no guarantees regarding:

The accuracy, fluency, or cultural appropriateness of translations or AI responses
The suitability of outputs for official, legal, medical, or critical purposes
Continuous availability or uptime of the AI inference pipeline

Outputs should not be used as the sole basis for official documents, legal proceedings, or decisions of material consequence without human review.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, interfaces, and technology on the Platform are the intellectual property of MWIRE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or are used under licence. Models published under CC-BY-4.0 are governed by the terms of that licence.

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant MWire Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymized versions of your inputs for model training and research purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Modifications

MWire Labs reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time
Change these Terms of Service with reasonable notice to active users
Modify credit policies, access tiers, or pricing at any time

We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MWIRE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the monetary value of credits provided to your account.

10. Termination

MWire Labs may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any unused credits will be revoked.

You may close your account at any time by emailing connect@mwirelabs.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
